2. User Accounts

You must register for an account to post listings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. UAEMallu reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Posting Listings

By posting a listing on UAEMallu, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the item or have the authority to sell it. All listings must be accurate, honest, and not misleading. You are solely responsible for the content of your listings including descriptions, prices, and images.

4. Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited on UAEMallu:

• Illegal items or services under UAE law
• Weapons, drugs, or controlled substances
• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Adult or obscene content
• Fraudulent or misleading listings
• Spam or duplicate listings
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Listings that discriminate based on race, religion, or nationality

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to UAE authorities.

5. Transactions & Payments

UAEMallu is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not involved in any transaction between users. All payments and exchanges are solely between the buyer and seller. UAEMallu is not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions made through the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on UAEMallu including the logo, design, and code is the property of UAEMallu. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this platform without prior written permission. By posting content on UAEMallu, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your content on the platform.

7. Account Termination

UAEMallu reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any behavior deemed harmful to the platform or its users. Users may also delete their own accounts at any time through their profile settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

UAEMallu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the quality of items, or the conduct of users on the platform.

9. Privacy

Your use of UAEMallu is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

10. IP Address Collection & Monitoring

UAEMallu automatically collects and stores IP addresses for the following activities:

• User registration
• User login activity
• Listing submissions
• Contact form submissions
• Abuse and violation reports

IP addresses are stored securely and are used solely for the following purposes:

• Preventing fraud and abuse on the platform
• Investigating illegal activity or violations of these terms
• Complying with UAE law and legal authority requests
• Protecting the rights and safety of our users

By using UAEMallu, you explicitly consent to the collection and storage of your IP address. IP address records may be disclosed to UAE authorities if required by law or in response to a valid legal request.

11. Cash Transactions Warning

UAEMallu does not endorse or encourage cash transactions between users. If you choose to conduct a cash transaction, you do so entirely at your own risk. UAEMallu accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from cash dealings between buyers and sellers. We strongly advise users to conduct thorough checks and exercise due diligence before engaging in any transaction.

12. User Generated Content

All listings and content posted on UAEMallu are submitted by users and are not representative of the views or opinions of UAEMallu. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any user-posted content. Any transaction you enter into with another user is strictly between you and that user. UAEMallu does not accept any liability for loss or damage incurred by either party as a result of such dealings.

13. Impersonation & False Identity

Users are strictly prohibited from impersonating any person, business, or entity on UAEMallu. Posting content anonymously with false contact details is not permitted. Any account found to be impersonating another person or entity will be immediately terminated and may be reported to UAE authorities. Users must provide verifiable contact information when posting listings.

14. Defamatory & Malicious Content

UAEMallu strictly prohibits the posting of defamatory, malicious, or false content against any person, business, or entity. Users who post such content will have their accounts immediately terminated. UAEMallu reserves the right to remove any content deemed defamatory without prior notice and may cooperate with UAE authorities in any legal proceedings arising from such content.

15. Due Diligence

Users are strongly advised to exercise due diligence before engaging in any transaction on UAEMallu. This includes verifying the identity of the other party, inspecting items before purchase, and meeting in safe public locations. UAEMallu provides the platform but takes no responsibility for verifying the authenticity of listings or the identity of users.

16. Advertising & Promoted Listings

UAEMallu may offer paid promotional or featured listing services. Payments made for promotional services are non-refundable. UAEMallu reserves the right to reject or remove any paid listing that violates these terms without refund.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of UAEMallu shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UAE.
